We are delighted to offer you our fresh-cut flowers, garden plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, and wedding florals. Please take a moment to review the following terms, which help us ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as a walk through a well-tended garden.

1. Fresh-Cut Flowers

Each stem we offer is handpicked at the height of its bloom, ensuring that you receive only the finest flowers, freshly cut for your enjoyment. As nature’s timing is ever so delicate, the availability of certain flowers may vary depending on seasonality. Please note that while we make every effort to provide flowers as shown, colors and shapes may subtly vary. In the case of an unexpected shortfall, we will offer a comparable substitute of equal or greater value.

2. Garden Plants

Our garden plants are carefully grown and nurtured to bring you the very best for your garden. We recommend that you plant them promptly upon arrival to ensure they thrive in their new home. While we ensure that each plant is healthy and ready for planting, once the product has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns but if they are arrive damage or there is an issue upon arrive, please contact us at theburrowflowerandgarden@gmail.com. Please handle with care and ensure proper planting and care as per the guidelines provided.

3. Bulbs, Corms, and Tubers

Our bulbs, corms, and tubers are sourced with great care to provide you with the best possible start for your garden. These products are dormant at the time of sale and will require planting in the appropriate season for optimal growth. While these products are packed with the utmost care, it is essential that they be planted promptly upon arrival to ensure successful growth. Please refer to the accompanying planting instructions for each type of bulb, corm, or tuber. 4. Wedding Flowers

We understand that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. Our bespoke wedding florals are designed to add that perfect touch of beauty and joy to your celebration. As with all of our products, flowers are subject to seasonal availability, and we will work closely with you to select the best blooms that reflect your vision. Should you wish to make adjustments to your floral order, we kindly ask for at least 14 days' notice to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order with care. Fresh-cut flowers are only available for Local Delivery/ Farm Pick Up with the utmost attention to preserving their vitality. We ship Garden product within the United States, ensuring that each product reaches you promptly and in the finest condition. Shipping times and costs will be confirmed at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather or carrier issues, though we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work to make it right. Due to the perishable nature of fresh-cut flowers, live plants, and dormant bulbs, corms, and tubers, we are unable to accept returns on these items once they have been delivered. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns prior to planting or using your items.

7. Care and Handling

We ask that you handle all of our products with the same care and respect they were given during their cultivation. Fresh-cut flowers should be placed in water immediately upon arrival, and garden plants, bulbs, corms, and tubers should be planted or potted promptly. Please refer to the accompanying care instructions for each product to ensure the best results.
