Returns and Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was expected, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. With this in mind, we will work diligently to resolve the issue—whether through a replacement or a refund—ensuring that your satisfaction blooms as beautifully as the flowers in your garden.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for fresh-cut flowers, live plants, or dormant bulbs, corms, and tubers once they have been delivered. We encourage you to inspect your items promptly and follow the care instructions provided to ensure they thrive in their new home.
