Refund Policy
At the heart of our offerings is a commitment to the beauty and care of every bloom, plant, and bulb. We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and hope that they bring the same joy to your home and garden as they do to us. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite as expected.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We kindly ask that you email us at theburrowflowerandgarden@gmail.com a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue so we can swiftly assist you. We will then arrange either a replacement or a full refund for any items that are damaged or incorrect. Our aim is to make things right and restore the beauty that nature intended.
Refunds for Perishable and Live Items
Due to the delicate nature of our fresh-cut flowers, live plants, and bulbs, corms, and tubers, we are unable to accept returns once these items have been delivered. These products are perishable, and as such, once in your care, they are non-returnable. That said, if you encounter any issues with the health or quality of your plants, we are more than happy to assist with advice or guidance on how to best care for them.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on items once they have been planted, used, or if care instructions were not followed. For wedding flowers and bespoke orders, we kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice for any changes or cancellations. After this time, refunds or changes will not be possible, as we will have already sourced and prepared your florals to ensure they are the perfect fit for your day.
